Victoria Becker has spent her life dedicated to understanding and supporting families and children. She holds a Master of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies, with research focused on domestic violence and protection orders. Over the course of a 30-year career, she worked in university-based research centers dedicated to disaster science and alcohol and drug studies.

Her professional journey also includes work in a homeless shelter for mothers and children, and an internship in an orphanage in South Africa—experiences that deepened her passion for storytelling that reflects resilience, empathy, and hope.

She is happily married for over 20 years, a proud mother of two sons, and a joyful grandmother to two granddaughters. An artist at heart, she is currently writing a series of children’s stories that inspire wonder, curiosity, and kindness.
